  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 67 days in April 2016. Monterey County took highest Days to sell at 109 days followed by 91 days in San Benito, 66 days in Santa Cruz, 60 days in Contra Costa County, 57 in San Mateo, 54 in Santa Clara and 52 days in Alameda
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 4,267 in April 2016. Santa Clara County had the highest sales at 1,211 followed by Alameda at 1,165, Contra Costa at 1,056, San Mateo at 396, Monterey County at 226, Santa Cruz at 159 and San Benito County at 50
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.26% in April 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.84% followed by San Mateo County at 104.25%, Santa Clara County at 103.69%, Contra Costa County at 102.47%, Santa Cruz County at 99.98%, San Benito County at 97.46%, and Monterey County at 96.89%
