Santa Clara led with  the highest average selling price at $1,747,649 followed by San Mateo County at $1,563,256, Santa Cruz County at $843,849, Monterey County $819,078, Contra Costa County $781,519, Alameda County $756,592, and San Benito County at $344,104.
  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties was 64 days in August 2015. Monterey County took highest Days to sell at 96 days followed by 85 days in Santa Cruz County, 78 days in San Benito County , 62 days in Contra Costa County, 54 in Santa Clara County, 53 days in Alameda County and San Mateo County at 53 days.
  • Bay Area counties followed had Listings Sold of 4,554 in August 2015. Alameda County had the highest sales at 1,322 followed by Santa Clara County at 1,217, Contra Costa at 1,158, San Mateo at 422, Monterey County at 207, Santa Cruz at 189 and San Benito County at 32
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.45%. San Mateo County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.57% followed by Alameda County at 105.17%, Santa Clara at 104.54%, Contra Costa at 101.21%, San Benito County at 99.74%, Santa Cruz at 99.39%, and Monterey County at 97.39%
