  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 69 days. 89 days for Santa Cruz County, San Benito County and Monterey County. 71 days for San Mateo County, 69 days for Santa Clara County, 58 days for Contra Costa county and 53 days for Alameda County
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 4,595 in August 2016. Alameda County had the highest at 1,338, followed by Contra Costa County at 1,225, Santa Clara County at 1,111, San Mateo County at 434, Monterey County at 227, Santa Cruz County at 208 and San Benito County at 45
  • Total average Sales Price / List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 101.07% in August 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 104.81% followed by San Mateo County at 102.06%, Contra Costa County at 101.41%, Santa Clara County at 100.07%, Santa Cruz County at 99.34%, Monterey County at 97.49% and San Benito County at 94.79%
