  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 3,895 in December 2016. Alameda County had the highest at 1,075, followed by Santa Clara County at 1,017, Contra Costa County at 943 , San Mateo County at 410, Monterey County at 239, Santa Cruz County at 154 and San Benito County at 44
  • Total average Sales Price / List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 100.22% in December 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 102.97% followed by Santa Clara County at 101.06%, San Mateo County at 100.86%, Contra Costa County at 100.49%, Santa Cruz County at 98.85%, San Beinto County at 7.48% and Monterey County  at 96.99%
