San Mateo County led with the highest average selling price at $1,626,289 followed by Santa Clara County at $1,606,027, Monterey County at $735,808, San Benito County at $617,935, Contra Costa County at $603,562 and Alameda County at $574,161.
  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 77 days in February 2016. San Benito County took highest days to sell at 124 days followed by 95 days in Monterey County, 83 days in San Mateo, 79 days in Santa Cruz County, 75 in Contra Costa , 62 days in Alameda and 59 days in Santa Clara.
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 2,468 in February 2016. Alameda County had the highest sales at 662 followed by Contra Costa at 650, Santa Clara at 590, San Mateo at 239, Monterey County at 181, Santa Cruz at 99 and San Benito County at 41
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.09% in February 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.14% followed by San Mateo County at 104.62%, Santa Clara at 103.28%, Monterey at 99.36%, Santa Cruz at 98.38% and San Benito at 96.67%
