Santa Clara County led with the   highest average selling price at $1,612,682 followed by San Mateo  County at $1,443,451, Alameda County at $830,014, Monterey at $806,540, Contra Costa at $769,789, Santa Cruz at $682,501 and San Benito at $539,948
  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 95 days in January 2016. San Benito County took highest Days to sell at 120 days followed by 115 days in Monterey County, 101 days in Alameda, 98 days in Santa Cruz County, 92 in Contra Costa County, 83 days in Santa Clara, and 78 days in San Mateo County.
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 2,501 in January 2016. Alameda County had the highest sales at 675 followed by Santa Clara at 639, Contra Costa at 633, San Mateo at 241,   Monterey County at 161, Santa Cruz at 105 and San Benito County   at 41
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 100.2% in January 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/   List Price at 102.47% followed by San Mateo County at 101.86%,   Santa Clara at 101.5%, Contra Costa at 99.2%, San Benito County   at 98.48%, Santa Cruz County at 98.3% and Monterey at 97.49%.
