  • Total average Sales Price / List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 101.52% in July 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.65% followed by San Mateo County at 103.58%, Contra Costa County at 101.88%, Santa Clara County at 101.11%, San Benito County at 98.35%, Monterey County at 98.14% and Santa Cruz County at 97.58%
