  • Total average Sales Price / List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.16% in June 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.76% followed by San Mateo County at 103.41%, Santa Clara at 103%, Contra Costa at 102.66%, San Benito at 97.82%, Santa Cruz 98.69%, and Monterey at 97.79%
