  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 66 days in March 2016. Monterey County took highest Days to sell at 109 days followed by 94 days in San Benito, 77 days in Santa Cruz, 56 days in Contra Costa County, 54 in San Mateo and Santa Clara and 53 days in Alameda
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 3,763 in March 2016. Alameda County had the highest sales at 1051 followed by Contra Costa at 1009, Santa Clara at 943, San Mateo at 350, Monterey County at 191, Santa Cruz at 155 and San Benito County at 58
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.36% in March 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.55% followed by Santa Clara County at 105.19%, San Mateo at 104.02%, Contra Costa at 102.86%, San Benito 98.67%, Santa Cruz at 97.81%, and Monterey at 97.06%
