  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 61 days, 80 days in Monterey,76 days in Santa Cruz, 67 days in San Benito, 58 days in San Mateo County, 57 in Contra Costa, 55 in Santa Clara and 49 in Alameda
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 4,595 in May 2016. Alameda County had the highest at 1,321, followed  by Santa Clara Count at 1,235, Contra Costa County at 1,155, San Mateo County at 438, Monterey County at 229, Santa   Cruz County at 167, and San Benito County at 44
  • Total average Sales Price / List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 102.49% in May 2016. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 107.11% followed by San Mateo County at 104.38%, Santa Clara at 103.19%, Contra Costa at 102.93%, San Benito at 99.45%, Santa Cruz 98.69%, and Monterey at 96.7%
