  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 75 days in October 2015. Monterey County took highest Days to sell at 131 days followed by 108 days in San Benito County, 79 days in Santa Cruz , 67 days in Contra Costa County, 63 days in San Mateo, 57 in Santa Clara County and 56 days in Alameda County.
  • Bay Area counties analysed had Listings Sold of 4,172 in October 2015. Alameda County had the highest sales at 1,179 followed by Santa Clara at 1,065, Contra Costa at 1,056, San Mateo at 419, Monterey County at 239, Santa Cruz at 162 and San Benito County at 48
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 101.51% in October 2015. Alameda County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.6% followed by San Mateo County at 104.43%, Santa Clara at 101.63%, Contra Costa at 101.55%, San Benito at 99.1%, Santa cruz County at 97.64%, and Monterey County at 96.56%
