  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 73 days in September 2015. San Benito County took highest Days to sell at 112 days followed by 111 days in Monterey County, 96 days in Santa Cruz , 76 days in Contra Costa County, 55 in Santa Clara County, 53 days in Alameda County and San Mateo County at 51 days.
  • Bay Area counties anlysed had Listings Sold of 4,336 in September 2015. Alameda County had the highest sales at 1,215 followed by Contra Costa at 1,145, Santa Clara County at 1,096,  San Mateo at 430, Monterey County at 217, Santa Cruz at 211 and San Benito County at 39
  • Total average Sales Price/ List Price in Bay Area counties stood at 101.96%. San Mateo County had the highest average Sales Price/ List Price at 105.15% followed by Alameda County at 104.89%, Santa Clara at 103.45%, Contra Costa at 101.49%, Santa Cruz at 99.03%, San Benito County at 98.84%,  and Monterey County at 97%
