  • Midwest and Northeast had the highest averages in Existing Home Sales at 18.2% increase and Midwest had the higher averages in Existing Home Prices at 8.7%  increase in January 2016
  • Existing home sales Months Supply was at 4 months supply reflecting 11.1% decrease from year ago. Existing home sales Housing inventory decreased to 1,820,000 units reflecting 2.2% decrease
  • SFR Delinquency Rate this 3rd quarter of 2015 is at 5.17% reflecting a 21.4% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 25th  of February 2016 is 3.62% for 30 yr, 2.93% for 15 yr, 2.79% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications decreased by 4.3% for the week ending February 19th of 2016
  • New privately owned housing units increased to 1,099,000 in January 2016 reflecting 1.8% increase from year ago. New one family houses sold in US increased to 494,000 units with 5.2% decrease from year ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes has increased to $257,500 with 4.8% increase from year ago
