  • Average Thousand of Units for New Privately owned housing units started and % change from year ago
  • Average Dollars for Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes and % change from year ago
  • Average thousand of units of New One Family houses Sold:United states and % change from year ago
  • Northeast had the highest averages in Existing Home Sales at 27.5% increase and Midwest had the higher averages in Existing Home Prices at 8.0% increase in March 2016
  • Existing home sales Months Supply was at 4.5 months supply reflecting 2.3% increased from month ago. Existing home sales Housing inventory increased to 1,980,000 units   reflecting 5.9% increase
  • SFR Delinquency Rate this 4th quarter of 2015 is at 5.17% reflecting a 21.4% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 21st  of April 2016 is 3.59% for 30 yr, 2.85% for 15 yr, 2.81% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications increased by 1.3% for the week ending April 15th of 2016
  • New privately owned housing units increased to 1,089,000 in March 2016 reflecting 14.2% increase from month ago. New one family houses sold in US increased to 511,000 units with 5.4% increase from month ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes has increased to $265,200 with 3.9% increase from month ago
