Group 1 - May 2015

  • Midwest had the highest averages in Existing Home Sales at 12.4%.West had the highest averages in Existing Home Prices at 10.2% in May 2015
  • Home Sales Months Supply decreased to 5.1 Months  reflecting 7.3% decrease from year ago and Home Sales Housing Inventory increased to 2,290 Mn units in May 2015 reflecting 1.8% increase from year ago
  • SFR Delinquency Rate is at 6.14% reflecting a 24.1% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 9th of July is 4.04% for 30 yr, 3.20% for 15 yr, 2.93% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications increased by 4.6%  for the week ending July 3rd of 2015
  • New privately owned housing units increased to 1,036,000 in May 2015 reflecting 5.1% increase from year ago. New one family houses sold in US increased to 546,000 units with 19.5% increase from year ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes has increased to $272,800  with 5.2% increase from year ago
