  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 67 days, 84 for Santa Cruz County County, 82 for Monterey County, 73 for San Benito County, 67 for Santa Clara County, 61 for Contra Costa County, 60 for Alameda County and 58 for San Mateo County
  • Bay Area counties analyzed had Listings Sold of 4,533 in October 2019. Alameda County had the highest at 1,202, Santa Clara County at 1,177, followed by Contra Costa County at 1,147, San Mateo County at 512, Monterey County at 251, 182 for Santa Cruz and 51 for San Benito County
  • Sales Price to List price in October 2019 is at 100.22%. Alameda County is at 103.28%, San Mateo County at 100.6%, Contra Costa County at 100.45%, Santa Clara County at 99.89%, San Benito County at 99.8%, Monterey County at 97.77% and Santa Cruz County at 97.64%
