US Homes Report – January 2022
- National averages of Existing Home Sales decreased by 7.2% and National Average Existing Home Prices increased by 2.1% in December 2021
- Existing Home Sales Months Supply was at 1.6 months supply reflecting 5.9% decrease from month ago. Existing Home Sales Housing Inventory is at 850,000 units reflecting a 3.4% decrease from month ago
- SFR Delinquency Rate this 4th Quarter of 2021 is at 2.33% reflecting a 18.2% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 27th of January is 3.55% for 30 yr, 2.80% for 15 yr, 2.70% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications decreased by 7.1% for the week ending January 26, 2022
- New Privately Owned Housing units started is at 1,657,000 reflecting a 2.0% increase from year ago. New One Family Houses sold in US decreased to 801,000 units with 19.3% decrease from year ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes decreased to $368,500 with 1.2% decrease from month ago
