- National averages of Existing Home Sales decreased by 7.2% and National Average Existing Home Prices increased by 2.1% in February 2022
- Existing Home Sales Months Supply was at 1.7 months supply reflecting 6.3% increase from month ago. Existing Home Sales Housing Inventory is at 870,000 units reflecting a 2.4% increase from month ago
- SFR Delinquency Rate this 4th Quarter of 2021 is at 2.33% reflecting a 18.2% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 10th of February is 3.69% for 30 yr, 2.93% for 15 yr, 2.80% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications decreased by 13.1% for the week ending February 23, 2022
- New Privately Owned Housing units started is at 1,769,000 reflecting a 22.3% increase from year ago. New One Family Houses sold in US decreased to 772,000 units with 6.2% decrease from year ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes increased to $370,700 with 0.6% increase from month ago
