Santa Clara County led with the highest average selling price at $2,035,274, followed by San Mateo County at $1,931,124, Monterey county at $1,093,666, Alameda County at $889,758, Contra Costa County at $801,786, Santa Cruz County at $633,534 and San Benito at $405,831
  • Total Average Days on Market in Bay Area counties analysed was 72 days, 115 for San Benito County County, 105 for Monterey County, 78 for Santa Cruz County, 75 for Santa Clara County, 65 for San Mateo County, 60 for Alameda County and 59 for Contra Costa County
  • Bay Area counties analyzed had Listings Sold of 3,780 in November 2019. Santa Clara County had the highest at 1,058, Alameda County at 996, followed by Contra Costa County at 881, San Mateo County at 425, Monterey County at 202, 165 for Santa Cruz and 47 for San Benito County
  • Sales Price to List price in November 2019 is at 100.37%. Alameda County is at 103.33%, Contra Costa County at 101.47%, San Mateo County at 100.57%, Santa Clara County at 99.29%, Santa Cruz County at 97.97%, Monterey County at 97.97% and San Benito County at 96.62%
