  • SFR Delinquency Rate this 2nd Quarter of 2019 is at 2.35% reflecting a 17.0% decrease from year ago, Mortgage Rate Reading for 27th of February is 3.45% for 30 yr, 2.95% for 15 yr, 3.20% for 5 yr and Mortgage Applications increased by 1.5% for the week ending February 28, 2019
  • New privately owned housing units increased to 1,599,000 in February 2020 reflecting a 39.2% increase from year ago. New one family houses sold in US increased to 765,000 units with 14.3% increase from year ago and Mean Sales Price of Existing Homes increased to $305,800 with 1.0% increase from month ago
